Walkthrough
Watch Riposte turn an RFP and approved company material into organized requirements, evidence matches, gap flags and grounded responses for review.
Silent 12-second walkthrough. All companies, people and data shown are illustrative samples. 1. A client RFP opens: “Sales Cloud Implementation” for Meridian Health Partners. 2. Three pieces of approved evidence appear: a past healthcare proposal, a Regional Hospital — Sales Cloud case study, and the resume of Jane Okafor, Salesforce lead. 3. Riposte builds a compliance matrix from 10 extracted requirements and checks each one against the approved evidence. 4. “Vendor must demonstrate prior healthcare implementation experience” is linked to the Regional Hospital case study as its source and marked Ready. Role-based access controls and end-user and administrator training are Ready; data migration with validation and a rollback plan is Partial. 5. “Optional managed-services pricing for ongoing administration” is flagged Missing info: no approved pricing on file — needs input. 6. A draft response on healthcare implementation experience appears, grounded in the Regional Hospital case study. 7. The response pack assembles: opportunity brief, compliance matrix, evidence matches, proposal draft, gaps to resolve (1 missing, 1 partial, for review) and clarifying questions.
Before anyone writes
Before a team can write a strong response, someone has to do the groundwork.
Extract
Requirements are scattered across pages, tables and appendices.
Search
Relevant proposals, resumes and case studies live across folders and individual knowledge.
Coordinate
SMEs get pulled in to answer questions the company may have answered before.
Verify
Teams still have to work out which claims are supported and which need clarification.
How it works
Four steps from a raw RFP to a response pack your team can review.
Step 01
Share one live RFP and a small set of approved supporting documents — previous proposals, case studies, resumes or capability material.
Step 02
Riposte extracts the requirements and structures the response workflow.
Step 03
Each requirement is compared against the approved evidence you provided.
Step 04
You receive a reviewable response pack showing supported responses, evidence and gaps.
For eligible RFPs, target turnaround is within two business hours after all required source documents are received. Very large, scanned or unusually complex RFPs may require a different turnaround. We confirm fit before starting.
What comes back
Riposte turns the RFP into a structured view of what is required, what your existing material supports, and what still needs human input.
Requirements extracted and organized into a compliance view, with a response status and the action still needed.
Approved proposals, case studies, resumes and capability material mapped to the requirements they support.
Unsupported or partially supported requirements are surfaced instead of silently filled in.
Reviewable drafts built from the material you supplied — never submitted automatically.
See which approved document an important claim came from before it goes anywhere.
The goal is not to invent an answer for every requirement. It is to make the evidence — and the gaps — visible.
Examples shown use a fictional sample RFP.

PartialTrust and review
Riposte works from the material you approve, shows where support comes from, and leaves every final call to your team.
Evidence comes from the proposals, case studies, resumes and capability documents you choose to provide.
Draft responses are built from matched evidence, so reviewers can trace important claims back to a source.
Unsupported requirements are flagged for review instead of being filled with invented content.
Riposte doesn't submit anything automatically. Outputs are working drafts for your team to review and edit.
Private workspace. Your material isn't used to train models or shared with other customers.

You provide one eligible RFP plus approved supporting material — past proposals, resumes, case studies or capability documents. Riposte processes the opportunity and returns a structured response pack for your team to review. Nothing is submitted automatically: outputs are working drafts intended for human review and editing before use.
Fit depends on document size, complexity, readability and whether the required source documents are available. Most standard implementation RFPs, SLED bids and structured client requirements qualify. Very large, scanned or unusually complex RFPs may require a different turnaround. We confirm fit before starting.
Start with what you have: the current RFP, previous proposals, relevant case studies, resumes, capability material and approved company information. You don't need every type of document — but the stronger the source material, the better the evidence matching.
Missing or weak evidence is clearly surfaced for human review rather than silently filled in. Knowing what your material doesn't yet support is as important as knowing what it does — it's a core part of how Riposte works.
Your documents are used only to match evidence against requirements for your Sprint. Riposte does not use your material to train models or share it with other customers. All outputs require your review before use.
You receive the response pack and can review it with your team. If Riposte looks like a fit for future RFPs, we can discuss what continued use would look like. The Sprint is designed to stand on its own — there's no pressure to continue.
See what Riposte can pull from your existing evidence before your team rebuilds the response manually.
